Welcome to An Cosan Glas
We are an artists collective based in the Donegal Gaeltacht. We run sculpture trails and arts educational programs throughout Ireland and Europe. An Cosan Glas means 'The Green Path' in Gaeilge, the Irish Language.
For nearly 20 years we have been filling the sand dunes of Magheraroarty beach with the popular Loinnir night time illuminated sculpture trail which attracts thousands of people from all over Ireland.
For a number of years in September we have taken this magical collection of artwork to Letterkenny Town Park for Culture Night.
In past years An Cosan Glas have also travelled to Bologna, Italy to run workshops with children and create a sculpture trails comprising works made on site and illuminated sculptures from the many successful years of our project.
